The Company grants a personal, limited, noncommercial license to browse and use the Website. Copying, reproducing, distributing, displaying, or making any commercial use of the Website’s content without prior written consent from the Company is strictly prohibited. Product Information and Descriptions
The Company makes every effort to present accurate information. However, slight variations may occur between product images and the actual item, including color, tone, or size, due to photography, screen differences, or handcrafted production. If an item is out of stock, the Company will notify accordingly.
Pricing and Errors
Typographical or display errors may occur in pricing or product details. In such cases, the Company may cancel an order or contact the customer prior to shipment. Prices on the Website may change without prior notice.
Payment, Shipping, and Local Pickup
Purchases on this website via credit cards or digital wallets are strictly permitted for individuals aged 18 and older. By completing a transaction, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
A valid payment method must be provided to complete a purchase. An order confirmation will be sent via email once the purchase is completed. International shipments are handled by courier and typically arrive within up to 45 days.
Business Location & Self-Pickup:
MICABELLA operates as an online store without a physical retail location. Self-pickup is available by prior coordination only from our address: Pardes Hanna-Karkur, Israel.
Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges
Order Cancellation & Returns
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you may cancel your purchase and return items within 14 days from the date you receive the product or the disclosure document, whichever is later.
To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must:
Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Include all original packaging, tags, and accompanying documents.
(Note: Eligible customers under Israeli law, such as senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and new immigrants, may cancel a transaction within 4 months of receipt).
Refunds
Upon receiving your cancellation notice and/or returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within up to 14 days.
Cancellation Fee
For cancellations that are not due to a defect or non-conformity in the product, a legally permitted cancellation fee will apply: 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS, whichever is lower. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Warranty & Care
Every Micabella piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted to be worn, loved, and treasured for years to come.
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.
Like all fine jewelry, your piece deserves gentle care. Over time, natural signs of wear may appear, reflecting the life it shares with you. These changes are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered by the warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidental impact, improper use, exposure to chemicals, unauthorized repairs, or normal everyday wear.
Many of our pieces feature natural gemstones and pearls, each chosen for its individual character. Subtle variations in color, texture, or inclusions are part of their unique beauty and should be celebrated rather than seen as imperfections.
To help your jewelry remain beautiful for years to come, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, exercising, sleeping, or applying perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products.
Should your jewelry ever need attention beyond the warranty period, we will be happy to assist whenever possible. We believe fine jewelry is made to last, and whenever we can, we are pleased to help restore and care for the pieces we create.

Comparison Purchases
The Company does not allow purchasing multiple items with the intention of keeping only one and returning the rest, due to logistical constraints and inventory availability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including text, images, designs, logos, graphics, and more — is the exclusive property of MICABELLA. No use of this content is permitted without prior written authorization.
External Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such external sites.
Limitation of Liability
Use of the Website and any products purchased through it is at the user’s sole risk and responsibility. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or flawless operation of the Website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
