Order Processing Time
All orders are processed once payment has been successfully authorized. For items that are not currently in stock and require custom production, the manufacturing time may take up to 30 days.
Domestic Shipping (Israel)
We offer home delivery within Israel via HFD courier service.
Estimated delivery time: up to 6 business days
Customers must be available to receive the courier
Instore pickup is also available by prior arrangement from Pardes Hanna-Karkur, Israel.
International Shipping
We ship to selected destinations worldwide, including the USA, Europe, and Australia, via DHL.
Estimated delivery time: 10–14 business days
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your shipment online
Shipping Costs
Free domestic shipping within Israel on orders over ₪900 (₪40 for orders under ₪900)
Free international shipping to the USA, Europe, and Australia on orders over $280
Instore pickup is free of charge from Pardes Hanna-Karkur, Israel
All shipments are fully insured
Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or additional charges according to the regulations of the destination country.
The customer is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and import charges
