Payment, Shipping, and Local Pickup
Purchases on this website via credit cards or digital wallets are strictly permitted for individuals aged 18 and older. By completing a transaction, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
A valid payment method must be provided to complete a purchase. An order confirmation will be sent via email once the purchase is completed. International shipments are handled by courier and typically arrive within up to 45 days.
Business Location & Self-Pickup:
MICABELLA operates as an online store without a physical retail location. Self-pickup is available by prior coordination only from our address: Pardes Hanna-Karkur, Israel.
Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges
Order Cancellation & Returns
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you may cancel your purchase and return items within 14 days from the date you receive the product or the disclosure document, whichever is later.
To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must:
Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Include all original packaging, tags, and accompanying documents.
(Note: Eligible customers under Israeli law, such as senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and new immigrants, may cancel a transaction within 4 months of receipt).
Refunds
Upon receiving your cancellation notice and/or returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within up to 14 days.
Cancellation Fee
For cancellations that are not due to a defect or non-conformity in the product, a legally permitted cancellation fee will apply: 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS, whichever is lower. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Comparison Purchases
The Company does not allow purchasing multiple items with the intention of keeping only one and returning the rest, due to logistical constraints and inventory availability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including text, images, designs, logos, graphics, and more — is the exclusive property of MICABELLA. No use of this content is permitted without prior written authorization.
