Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellation

At MICABELLA, we maintain the highest standards of quality and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, request a refund, or cancel your order, we are here to assist you according to the policy below, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

1. Returns & Refunds Policy

You may return items purchased on our website within 14 days of receiving the product or receiving the disclosure document (whichever is later).

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return and full refund, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be unused, unworn, and in its original, undamaged condition.

  • Must include all original packaging, tags, and accompanying documents.

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage cannot be accepted.

Special Eligibility Notice: In accordance with Israeli law, eligible customers (including senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and new immigrants) may cancel a transaction within 4 months from the date of receipt.

2. Order Cancellation Notice

If you wish to cancel an order prior to receiving it or within the legally permitted cancellation window, you may submit a cancellation request through any of the following methods:

  • Online Form: By submitting the cancellation request form at the bottom of this page.

  • Email: Sending a request to info@micabella-jewelry.com with your order details.

3. Fees & Shipping Costs

Cancellation Fee

For cancellations or returns that are not due to a product defect or non-conformity, a statutory cancellation fee will apply: 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS, whichever is lower.

Shipping & Handling Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping fees, insurance charges, and custom taxes are non-refundable.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and protective packaging when returning items.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal) within up to 14 business days.

5. Item Exchanges

Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or style? We are happy to help! Exchanges are permitted as long as the original item meets all return conditions listed above.
